في إجازة رأس السنة لهذا العام سافرت لعدة دول جديدة ومثيرة للإهتمام .. في الحقيقة أنا لم يسبق لي زيارة شرق آسيا مطلقاً ولم اكن اعرف عن هذه الدول اكثر من موقعها على الخريطة قبل هذه الرحلة
هونق كونق ، كوريا الجنوبية و فيتنام .. وجهات مختلفة عن بعضها البعض جداً. في كثير من الحالات كانت تبدو و كأنها عوالم مختلفة و قصص خيالية لم أسمع بها من قبل .. أنا لست ممن يجيد فنون الكتابة او التعبير عن الذات ولكن صديقتي و اختي العزيزة سندس
كانت تطلب مني تدوين هذه الرحلة لعلني اذا قرأتُ ما كتبتهُ يوماً ما ، أتذكر هذه الرحلة الحافلة بالتجارب بإبتسامة
This Christmas break I was traveling around Asia. I visited a couple of interesting places some of which I did not know much about before this journey.
Hong Kong, South Korea and Vietnam. Each country was a unique destination and differed from the other ones as if every time I landed in a new place I opened a new fairy tale book.
Now I am not the best writer out there and I don't express myself publicly that often. However my sister Sondos kept insisting that I document this experience in an attempt to transfer those feelings to people out there, my friends who want to hear my travel stories and strangers who might be looking for an inspiration to go on such a journey.
في كل لحظة وفي كل زاوية كانت هنالك مفاجأةٌ تُختبئ في طياتها لحظاتٌ لن يمحوها الزمن من مخيلتي. ومع كل وجه جديد وابتسامةٍ مجهولة كان قلبي ينفتح على عالمٍ غنيٍ بالألوان، والاعراق و بالحضاراتِ التي صمدت على مر السنين.
هذا الاختلاف انعش روحي واهداها بريقاً من املٍ في حياةٍ اخرى لم احض بها حيث اعيش الآن
In each moment and every corner there was an unexpected surprise hiding and waiting to be discovered and kept in my precious memories as a witness that life can exist in different forms of harmony. With every new face and every unfamiliar smile, my heart was opened to a world rich in colors, races and cultures that have survived for years and years. These differences have refreshed my soul and gave me a spark of hope in a life I am witnessing but not living right now.
السفر في شرق آسيا كان يتطلب تخطيطاً مسبقاً للرحلة على عكس التنقل في اوربا حيث يمكن للشخص ان يبتاع تذكرةً ما في اللحظة الاخيرة و يقرر السفر الى وجهة جديدة .. في اسيا الدول متباعدة جغرافياً ، تفصلها الحدود او المحيطات و احيانا كوريا الشمالية. الحصول على تأشيرات مختلفة لكل بلد هي مشكلة اخرى
لحسن الحظ هونق كونق و كوريا لا تتطلب تأشيرة من حاملي الجواز السعودي و لكن تأشيرة فيتنام ستحتاج مدونة منفصلة
My trip around Asia required planning in advance, I had my plane tickets, research done about the cities I was planing on visiting since October. Of course you don't have to do it that early but I usually get carried away and all excited about my travel plans that I tend to do all this planing to keep busy.
In Asia you need more planning, unlike in Europe where you can buy a ticket last minute and hop on a train, bus or an airplane and you will be arriving to a new destination.
في كل يوم خلال رحلتي حاولت التقاط بعض الصور و كتابة بعض الكلمات عن كل مدينة و كل شهور اهدتني اياه ، خلال ٢٥ يوم ، كنت في ٧ مدن مختلفة و على متن ٧ طائرات مختلفة. ركبت القطارات ، تنقلت بالباصات و الدراجات الهوائية و حتى القوارب .. كان الجو يتقلب بين الشتاء و الصيف من مدينة الى اخرى
في سايقون-فيتنام مثلا كانت اقامتي مشمسة و درجة الحرارة قاربت ٣٠ درجة بينما في سيول-كوريا كان البرد قارساً و
الثلج يتساقط علينا حينما كنا نمشي في ارجاء المدينة
في كل مدونة سوف اتحدث عن كل وجهة بشكل مفصل وسوف اشارك بعض الصور والنصائح وبالخصوص فيتنام حيث قضيت اغلب هذه الرحلة

Throughout my journey I tried to take some photos and capture some feelings about the cities that I have visited and the vibe it gave.
I will be sharing my trip which took a span of 25 days. I was in 7 different cities in 3 very different countries. I had to used trains, buses, planes, boats and even motorbikes to get to places. I had to switch between summer and winter as well through the trip. For example it was sunny and warm , around 30C in Saigon-Vietnam while it started snowing during my stay in Seoul-Korea.
Each blog will be describing those countries, experiences and adventures on their own except for Vietnam, I will be doing it in parts because it was the most overwhelming and enriching stop in this journey.
